The Daintree Core Income Trust aims to achieve:
– a consistent, stable income stream;
– capital stability; and
– a return of the RBA Cash Rate +1.5-2.0%, after fees, over the medium term.
Our boutique structure ensures that our interests are fully aligned with those of our investors. All members of the investment team are invested in the Daintree Core Income Trust, and a significant portion of the income of key investment professionals is deferred into the Fund.
